How do I get started?
Wholesale shoppers must register for a Rooted Farmers account (have your business EIN number/reseller certificate ready) which grants you access to our online pre-order system. Use this to purchase flowers for delivery on Tuesdays or pick up on Tuesdays or Thursdays. You can also shop in-person from the flower bar on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings (open seasonally, March through November).

What types of payment do you accept?
Credit cards or checks are accepted on Market Days (credit cards preferred). Online pre-ordering requires a credit card on file (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club all accepted). Save us as a “Trusted Seller” in your Rooted Farmers account for a speedy check out!
Our weekend flower cart at perfect lovers takes Venmo via QR code. However, we do not take Venmo for regular transactions.
Where do we park?
Parking is available BEHIND our shop. The lot entrance is off of Edgewood Drive; look for the white and green “Redstart Parking” sign to direct you. The rear entrance to the shop is available from the parking lot, up the wooden ramp.
How does delivery work?
Delivery orders can be placed online from Wednesdays at 10am through Sundays at 5pm the week prior to your delivery day. Delivery is available anywhere within our Triangle delivery radius for a $25 fee.
Deliveries will occur between 9 am-5 pm on Tuesday and must be a minimum of $195.00 (not including the $25.00 delivery fee). Please be prepared to receive your flowers & have buckets ready to transfer your order into. We are not responsible for flowers after they have been delivered to the address on file.
How do I know whether or not I qualify as a wholesale buyer?
A "wholesale buyer" is limited to those with a registered business tax ID number and/or resale certificate. Wholesale buyers can shop from our online pre-order platform (Rooted Farmers) and have priority to shop in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. While all customers are charged a 5% handling fee, wholesale customers are exempt from sales tax.
If I’m not a business, how do I shop in larger quantities? I have a one-time event that I need flowers for.
With our seasonally available (March-November) Early Access Pass. This one-week pass grants you access to shop all three market days at your convenience. While we cannot hold flowers or guarantee specific flowers and varieties, a dedicated staff member with floral experience will be there to assist you. Shop from a diverse range of beautiful, high-quality flowers for your special event. Don’t forget to bring your buckets!
